I moved into the Federal Way Area in early 1970 to Manage PeoplesBank located at 312th and Hiway 99 South. It was a difficult economic climate at the time, with outdoor sign boards slogans reading “Will the last one leaving Seattle, please turn out the lights”. With a large portfolio of commercial properties, I searched for a “Commercial Real Estate Broker” that was knowledgeable of “Federal Way”. After a number of transactions, Mark Freitas measured up to those stands of knowledge. Mark displayed his abilities in Real Estate knowledge, but went beyond to answer or gain the answer of concerns of fulfilling the comfort of a prospective purchaser’s questions! I found Mark to be the most helpful in a transaction of real estate and consider Mark to be the best deal in town. I met Mark Freitas when I purchased the Lakeside Building in Federal Way, WA that he had listed. As a first time owner of a commercial building, Mark gave me the assistance I needed to operate the building and lease the available spaces.
